Hi i am getting error on this line. Its working in local.
I just deleted all the entities at appspot.

You need to change the query to:

sent_list = db.GqlQuery("SELECT * FROM MailListNew WHERE active = True")

or (better):

sent_list = db.GqlQuery("SELECT __key__ FROM MailListNew WHERE active = True")
