    Look at these error lines:

    2012-07-20T23:39:09+00:00 app[web.1]: fatal: Not a git repository (or
    any of the parent directories): .git

    Probably you didn’t initialized your repo locally.
    Try:

    git init
    git add .
    git commit -m 'First commit'
    

    After that deploy to heroku.
