    You need to use the JSON parser that comes with Titanium (assuming the above JSON is in a variable called jsonString):

    var jsonObject = JSON.parse(jsonString);
    var productName = jsonObject.0.productName;
    

    To observe the information inside a JSON object, you use JSON.stringify(jsonObject.0);

    As a separate, secondary point, why is your top level object in your JSON an object and not an array?
