I have the following query in VBA: DoCmd.RunSQL INSERT INTO table (value) VALUES (‘example’)

I have the following query in VBA:

DoCmd.RunSQL "INSERT INTO table (value) VALUES ('example')"

( with an auto incremented primary key called id)

How can I get the auto incremented id generated by this insert?
