    Tried this?

    BULK INSERT MyTable
    FROM 'c:\file.csv'
    WITH
    (
        FIRSTROW = 2,
        MAXERRORS = 0,
        FIELDTERMINATOR = '\b',
        ROWTERMINATOR = '\n'
    )

    It may or not work with that delimeter, can also try \x08
