Try using a new workspace. To force the workspace window prompt you need to change the settings in
<Eclipse_root_dir>\configuration\.settings\org.eclipse.ui.ide.prefsand setSHOW_WORKSPACE_SELECTION_DIALOGtotrue.Source: Eclipse Community Forums
