    Lets say we create new table:

    CREATE TABLE PrmTable
    (
       ID INT,
       Value BIGINT
    )
    

    Create new table with the requested operators:

    SELECT MaxValue = MAX(Value) , MinValue = MIN(Value)
    FROM PrmTable
    WHERE .....
