rssListView.getViewTreeObserver().addOnGlobalLayoutListener(
    new ViewTreeObserver.OnGlobalLayoutListener() {
        public void onGlobalLayout() {

I want to run it again, when the button clicked:

b1.setOnClickListener(
    new View.OnClickListener() {

        public void onClick(View v) {

    }
);
