Trying to copy a production db with:
heroku db:pull postgres://postgres:@localhost/prod_20120717 \
--app my_app --confirm my_app
but I get:
$ heroku db:pull postgres://postgres:@localhost/prod_20120717 --app my_app \
--confirm my_app

heroku is probably misconfigured. Try to do this
