Any idea what, if any, difference there is between window.scroll(x, y) and window.scrollTo(x, y)

Any idea what, if any, difference there is between window.scroll(x, y) and window.scrollTo(x, y) [not talking about jQuery]?

Also any ideas as to which browsers support which?
