    }

    function index()
    {

    }

    function del()
    {
        $id =   $this->uri->segment(3);
        $this->mymodel->delete($id);
        redirect('home/index');
    }
}

Model

Class Mymodel Extends CI_Model
{
    function __construct()
    {
        parent::__construct();
    }

    function delete($id)
    {
        $this->db->where('id',$id);
        $this->db->delete('tablename');
    }
