Are there reliable open source libraries written in c++ to implement SIP and RTP protocols ? If not , is it easy to implement them using boost.asio ?

Are there reliable open source libraries written in c++ to implement SIP and RTP protocols ? If not , is it easy to implement them using boost.asio ?
