As I know, EF didn’t support Sql Compact identity fields. Hasn’t it changed in Sql Compact 4 release?

As I know, EF didn’t support Sql Compact identity fields. Hasn’t it changed in Sql Compact 4 release?
Yes it has changed but there are some complains about performance.
