IDirectDrawSurface5interface in neither the Windows Mobile 5.0 (and above) reference nor in theddraw.hheader file of the Windows Mobile 6 SDK, nor is there aBltFastmethod. so no, you can not. you can useIDirectDrawSurface::Blt, though.
