Can we get variable name(‘PHPSESSID’) defined php.ini through some function in PHP? I know

Can we get variable name(‘PHPSESSID’) defined php.ini through some function in PHP?

I know it is constant through the php.ini

But in case if it has been changed. How to get the name dynamically?
