I would now like to plot the VoronoiDiagram within Graphics.

Considering :

Needs["ComputationalGeometry`"]
pts = RandomReal[{0, 10}, {60, 2}];
vdpts=VoronoiDiagram[pts]

    Needs["ComputationalGeometry`"]
pts = RandomReal[{0, 10}, {10, 2}]
DiagramPlot[pts]
