Does anyone know of a good alternative to cron? I would like something that can be run with different time zones.

Does anyone know of a good alternative to cron? I would like something that can be run with different time zones.
You may consider Quartz (a java-based solution), that can take advantage of
Datebuild in the appropriate TimeZone.
