Does Microsoft offer any PHP editor or universal-programming-editor in general }except Notepad, of course 😉 ? I know they have Visual Studio (VB, C#, C++, …), but PHP support is not included.

is there any Microsoft product which allows this?

    There is a plugin for VisualStudio VS.Php. Though it’s not a Microsoft product, you can use VisualStudio to write your PHP code. I never used it myself and it’s not free.
