While it is hosted, website link , it doesn’t flicker at all.

This is really weird.

    It’s not up to you to determine how a browser chooses to render a page. Browsers will pick which order to draw things in. Sure, you can influence it in a lot of best-practice ways, but I would suggest that trying to optimize your site for loading your huge (2MB PNG!) background image prior to rendering isn’t the way to go.

    In short, this loading order is normal and there is nothing that you should do about it.
