but returned value is

    Try this:

    ^(?<namespace>.*)/[^/]+$

    A quick explanation:

    ^                    # the start of input
(?<namespace>.*)/    # zero or more chars followed by a '/' (which the last '/') 
[^/]+                # one or more chars other than '/'
$                    # the end of input
