For some reason, I can’t get the Gridview in the Updatepanel to refresh after I’ve made changes. can someone help?

I’m using the ToolkitScriptManager control and the UpdatePanel.

    change the order:

     GridView1.DataBind();
     UpdatePanel1.Update();
