¬ .levelThree pos:ab
      ¬ .internalMenu > ul > li pos:rel
           ¬ .levelFive pos:ab

.levelFive should be in front of all other elements.

    Give z-index to your li.active. Write like this:

    .internalMenu > ul > li, .levelThree > ul > li.active{
        z-index:10;
    }
