    SELECT CASE([ExpRow]) WHEN 1 THEN 0 ELSE SalesAmount END AS 'SalesAmount',
       CASE([ExpRow]) WHEN 2 THEN 0 ELSE ExpenseAmount END AS 'ExpenseAmount'
FROM [YOUR_TABLE]
