$(".up").click(function(){
  $(this).parent().prev().prev().prev().insertBefore($(this).parent().prev())
});

HTML

 <div class="1" >
     <div class="2">
        <div class="3">
           <div class="4">
              <div class="up">UP</div>
           </div>
        </div>
     </div>
   </div>
 <div class="1" >
     <div class="2">
        <div class="3">
           <div class="4">
              <div class="up">UP</div>
           </div>
        </div>
     </div>
   </div>

I would be very grateful for the help.

    $(".up").click(function() {
        $(this).parents(".1").insertBefore($(this).parents(".1").prev(".1"));
    });
