all! I have fixed my problem!
Believe you or not but problem was in Microsoft.ReportViwer.
I have installed ReportViwer SP1 and fixed problem.

To determinate this problem I spent about 8 hours. For me helpfull was AppDomain.CurrentDomain.UnhandledException. So if your application crashed without any messegging try to
subscribe on AppDomain.CurrentDomain.UnhandledException. Also I was using log4net. The cool logger.
