after I read the README of node-gyp,
I’m so sorry to found that I didn’t install Microsoft Visual C++ Express 2010,
after install http://www.microsoft.com/visualstudio/en-us/products/2010-editions/visual-cpp-express ,
npm install dnode success, only with a warning.
