has anyone seen this error with compiling web components in vb.net? i added axspreadsheet

has anyone seen this error with compiling web components in vb.net? i added axspreadsheet on to my form and it does not compile. it gives me the following error. please help!

    This does not appear to be a build issue but a runtime error instead. From the error it looks like one of the components that you’re referencing is not properly registered for use in your project. Have you tried re-registering the DLL?
