Ruby mysql2 Error

I now am recieving this error message –

C:/Ruby193/lib/ruby/site_ruby/1.9.1/rubygems/custom_require.rb:36:in `require': 193: %1 is not a valid Win32 application.

Any ideas guys?

    Simple download libMySql.dll from here, and then put it in ruby\bin.
