    GROUP_CONCAT is a MySQL function.

    Here is the SQL for Oracle:

      SELECT Name, LISTAGG(Role, ',') WITHIN GROUP (ORDER BY Role) AS Roles
        FROM Your_Table
    GROUP BY Name;
