    Manipulate your code according to this:

    <LinearLayout>

      <HorizontalScrollView
       android:layout_width="0dp"
       android:layout_weight="1">

          <LinearLayout>

             <TextView>
             </TextView>

         </LinearLayout>

      </HorizontalScrollView>

      <HorizontalScrollView
       android:layout_width="0dp"
       android:layout_weight="1">

          <LinearLayout>

             <TextView>
             </TextView>

         </LinearLayout>

      </HorizontalScrollView>

    </LinearLayout>
