    delete
      from projects
     where documentsFK = (
                          select documentFK
                            from documents
                           where documentsFK > 125
                         );

    delete
      from documents
     where documentsFK > 125;

    EDIT

    delete
      from projects
     where documentsFK in (
                           select documentFK
                             from documents
                            where documentsFK > 125
                          );

    delete
      from documents
     where documentsFK > 125;
