Hi I have some code producing multiple graphs with knitr mocked up below. The graphics grid that is produced is quite small and I’d like to add a \adjustbox{scale=1.25}{\includegraphic{**}} to the knitr includegraphic code but the obvious attempt to cat(\includegrahics) hasn’t worked. is there a simple way to add latex commands before and after the includegraphic that is produced?

\documentclass{article}
\usepackage{adjustbox}
\begin{document}
\SweaveOpts{echo=FALSE, warning=FALSE,message=FALSE,error=FALSE}

require(gdata)
require(xtable)

require(ggplot2)
require(reshape2)

    I emphasized this in my knitr talk at useR! 2012:

    Do not cat includegraphics

    In knitr, you can use the chunk option out.extra, e.g. <<out.extra='scale=1.25'>>=, to avoid the evil cat(). See http://yihui.name/knitr/options

    I just found a bug in knitr while testing your case, and have fixed it in the development version. If you are using the CRAN version, you have to opt_chunk$set(out.width = NULL), otherwise you can write <<out.extra='scale=1.25', out.width=NULL>>=.
