    Perhaps use a counter with a multi-valued class?

    $i = 1;

    while($row = mysql_fetch_array($result2))
    {
        $secondClass = 'abc' + $i;

        echo "<tr id='centered' class='firstClass $secondClass'>";
        ...
        $i++;
    }
