The following did not work:

    Usually something akin to:

    typedef boost::numeric::ublas::matrix<double> matrix_type;
    
    const matrix_type get_matrix(void)
    {
        matrix_type result(1, 3);
        result(0, 0) = 1;
        result(0, 1) = 2;
        result(0, 2) = 3;
    
        return result;
    }

    You might also try something like this (mostly untested):
