How can I create a shortcut using Wix with a target of ‘%UserProfile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Foo\Logs’?
<Shortcut Id='LogsStartMenuShortcut' Name='Logs' Target='%UserProfile%\Local Settings\Application Data\FalconMobileServer\' Icon='icon.ico'/> It doesn’t like the % signs in the target.
