Yeah its possible. Use the following code,

 Enumeration drives = FileSystemRegistry.listRoots();
  System.out.println("The valid roots found are: ");
  while(drives.hasMoreElements()) {
     String root = (String) drives.nextElement();
     System.out.println("\t"+root);
  }
