If you’re thinking of anti aliasing, you can typecast Graphics to Graphics2D then use
g2d.setRenderingHint(RenderingHints.KEY_ANTIALIASING, RenderingHints.VALUE_ANTIALIAS_ON);. You can do this after you draw the lines.
