How do I make a list out of the first ‘n’ items returned by a generator?
(I know this is easy and I could RTFM, but sometimes it’s easier to POFSO.)

…assuming that your generator is named
generatorandnis the number of elements you’d like.The itertools library has a lot of useful glue like this.
