    If the table have the exact same structure, and no autogenerated fields you can use:

    insert into DestinationTable
      select * from SourceTable
    

    You can also use the

    select * 
      into DestinationTable 
      from SourceTable
    

    syntax, to create and fill the destination table on the fly.
