    Just do this –

        Style style = new Style(typeof(RowDefinition));
        style.Setters.Add(new Setter(RowDefinition.HeightProperty, 10));
    
        yourGrid.RowDefinitions[0].Style = style;

    You can use FrameworkElement.FindResource Method to find your style.
