You are using the MenuStrip class. You can override its renderer. Here’s an example, pick your own colors please.

    public Form1() {
        InitializeComponent();
        menuStrip1.Renderer = new MyRenderer();
    }

    private class MyRenderer : ToolStripProfessionalRenderer {
        public MyRenderer() : base(new MyColors()) {}
    }
