How to set Enums using reflection, my class have enum : public enum LevelEnum

How to set Enums using reflection,

my class have enum :

public enum LevelEnum
    {
        NONE,
        CRF,
        SRS,
        HLD,
        CDD,
        CRS
    };

and in runtime I want to set that enum to CDD for ex.

How can I do it ?
