    Use ReportEmbeddedResource instead of ReportPath, because ReportPath looks for the file existence and ReportEmbeddedResource looks into the assembly resource as a fully qualified object name.

    Here is the sample:

    report.ReportEmbeddedResource = full Namespace.report.rdlc
