You access appDelegate Class like this:- and replace AppDelegte with Your appDelegate class name

AppDelegte *appDelegate = (AppDelegte *)[[UIApplication sharedApplication] delegate];

and Call any ViewController By

[appDelegate.viewController nameOFViewController];
