    This will work for any size integer array

    int nums[] = { 1, 9, 9, 0 };
    
    StringBuilder strNum = new StringBuilder();
    
    for (int num : nums) 
    {
         strNum.append(num);
    }
    int finalInt = Integer.parseInt(strNum.toString());
    System.out.println(finalInt);
