What sort of charts are you looking forward to work with ? Opensource ? or the other way?
For a licensed Version, you can take a look at this Fusion Charts (Flash and javascript).
Highcharts. (demos and trial versions are also available.)
For opensource take a look at the Google chart API. Google provides you with both static and interactive charts.
