I am developing a tool to export changes in dcmfiles to excel file ..
I have this error that occurs in other machine but not in mine
(Index was outside the bounds of the array)

Make sure to ship the .pdb files as well, since they contain line number information that are displayed in the stack trace of the exceptions.
(The numbers I used are just examples)
You will then know on which code line the exception is thrown.
