    NSString *dateString=@"Mon, 10 Dec 2012 08:00:00 CST";
NSDate *date=[NSDate dateWithNaturalLanguageString:dateString];

NSLog(@"Date is %@",date);

    Output:

    Date is 2012-12-10 08:00:00 -0600
