I am getting a 404 when ever I try open a .svc file in iis 7.5, my system.serviceModel from web config is below:

    Ok I solved it I needed to re-register everything in iis.

    1. Open cmd as administrator
    2. Type the following:

      C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework64\v4.0.30319\aspnet_regiis.exe -i

    3. Your Done.
