I have already tried the steps mentioned here ..
Install linecache via bundler on heroku

Can someone let me know how to fix this problem.

    My problem was that i had removed the ruby-debug19 from the branch that i was working on but i had forgotten to merge it with the master branch.All the time i was pushing the master branch without the changes that i had made.
